Hi everyone!!
Welcome to my Blog.. :-)
Before I start telling about this blog.. let me introduce myself.
I'm Sai Teja from Hyderabad.
My aunt is the root cause for me to create this blog and share few of my recordings....!!!!! THANK U Pinni .. ;-)
With the great support of my parents and my brother, I stepped into the field of music at the age of 8. I learnt keyboard for 4 years and my dad gifted me a professional keyboard in the beginning of my music career. Without the support of my parents and grand parents it would be next to impossible for me to think of music. I would proudly say that I am soo lucky to get sooo much support from my parents.
Above all GOD's wish and blessings made me what I am today. Thank you GOD for all the support and encouragement and being with me always ..!! :-)
With the passion towards music, I started doing recording at the age of 15.
My sound engineering life started with Adobe Audition 1.0 software, then to Audition 3 and to Adobe Audition CS5.5.
Then I started learning Steinberg Cubase and finally entered into the world of multi track recording and trying to update myself along with fast growing technology.
Feeling lucky to be a part of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organizations, globally having presence over 180 countries doing service to mankind.
I got an amazing support from brothers and sisters who taught me many things.
I specially thank Sai Krishna (Bond) for always helping me whenever I called him and his gift 'Yamaha Audiogram 6' is the first hardware on which I worked on. Aravind Sai (Bala bond) for making me understand how to work with people. Sai Ramakrishna(SRK) who gave me moral strength to work with elderly people. I am happy to be a part of SIVAM BHAJAN GROUP and to work with them.
And my blog would be incomplete if I don't mention my Guru's (Teachers) Dhananjay Shet, Yatharth Silwal and Sai Shravanam. Dhananjay is the man who first introduced me to Cubase and Nuendo and explained me the basics of Sound Engineering. Secondly Yatharth is the one who was with me during the first recording in Cubase and explained me each and every term in Cubase. Last but never the least Sai Shravanam, OSCAR award holder during the year 2013 for the movie ''Life of Pie''. He explained me how to work on plugins(Plugin has the capacity to put your mix up in air or will completely destroy your mix), what is COMPRESSOR etc... He made me use the HARDWARE - Universal Audio(UA) compressor, pre amp...
The life of a sound engineer really puts you away from family, friends, enjoyment and many other things by spending hours alone in studio:-(
But millions of music lovers enjoy the output of the efforts of the sound engineer which makes them feel relaxed.
My blog mainly will contain songs which I have mixed and mastered... Usage of few plugins on which I worked on.. Procedure to do a basic mix.. and etc..
I tried learning myself most of these... so if I am wrong anywhere please feel free to correct and also ask any questions or clarifications. You can reach me on saitejab20@gmail.com
So guyss... Keep following my blog to listen to songs and also to know few tips which will keep up your mix good...!!
Thank You..!! :)
